An order is not considered accepted until Greener Deer confirms its acceptance, and payment must be received and processed before acceptance.
Please carefully check your order before submitting it, because once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to fulfill a cancellation request. If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number supplied when the order was placed.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility. Once the products have been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
